Expertise born on the Atlantic coast,now flourishing in Portugal.
For over 30 years, José Batard has been designing and developing residential real estate projects along the French Atlantic coast — from La Baule to Les Sables-d’Olonne, via Pornichet and Noirmoutier. In 2018, he founded RealityPrism Lda and launched the Apogée Properties brand to bring to Portugal a real estate development vision rooted in excellence, sustainability, and architectural elegance.
After a first project completed in Setúbal (Villa Luisa), Apogée has continued to expand around Lisbon, with Bay View in Montijo, followed by João de Deus 55, focused on rental investment. Other developments are currently under study, all in high-potential locations.
